Shamrock Ice Cream Shakes
INGREDIENTS
• 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (about 1/4 c. each)
• 1/4 c. heavy cream or milk
• 1/2 tsp. mint extract
• 6 drops of green food coloring
• Whipped cream, for topping
• Maraschino cherry, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a blender, mix vanilla ice cream, heavy cream/milk, mint extract, and food coloring until completely smooth, then pour into a glass.
2. Top with whipped cream and cherry before serving.
