Ravioli Lasagna

Ravioli Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
- 24 oz frozen square cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 oz.) jar tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
- Optional Spinach leaves, chopped broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray an 11x7-inch rectangular baking pan or casserole pan with non-stick
cooking spray.
3. Spread about 1/4 of the sauce in bottom of pan. Place 1/3 of ravioli in a
single layer on top of sauce. Try to get the ravioli as close together as possible. If
using spinach/broccoli, layer it on now. Add another 1/4 of the sauce over ravioli.
4. Repeat with 2 more layers of ravioli and then sauce. Top with shredded
cheese and parmesan.
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an
additional 10-15 until bubbly around the edges and cheese is melted and lightly
golden.
