Chicken Ramen Casserole

2 - 3 oz packages of Ramen, chicken flavor
10.5 ounce can Condensed Chicken Soup
2 cups water
2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, chopped or shredded
Optional-chopped broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a two-quart casserole of baking pan, crumble the two ramen noodles. Keep the seasoning
packet.
Pour soup into baking dish with the ramen. Add in two cups of water. Add in seasoning packets.
Gently stir noodles, soup, seasoning, and water.
Add in chicken and mix again. If using vegetables, add them in now.
Cover with foil and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes until noodles are tender and everything is
hot.
You can fancy this up by adding shredded cheese and bread crumbs on top and bake for 5-10
additional minutes.
