Beefy Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
1 pound macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté hamburger, onions and garlic over medium heat in a large saute pan until done.
Turn down heat and add in cream cheese, soup, milk, tomatoes and seasonings. Mix well until
everything is combined and cream cheese smooth.
Add in cooked macaroni and mix well.
In an 11x7 rectangle pan or a 2-quart casserole dish, pour beef and macaroni. Smooth out and top
with the shredded cheese.
Bake, covered with foil for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or so until the
cheese is melted and golden.
