American Chop Suey

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 medium - Onion (chopped)
1 medium – Bell Pepper (chopped)
3 Tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt, to taste
24 oz jar of Chunky tomato sauce or ½ sauce and ½ canned tomatoes
1 lb - Elbow Macaroni, cooked 2 minutes less than instruction on box

Directions
In a large saute pan, cook ground beef
Add in oil, garlic, onions and pepper.  Sauté until slightly tender
Add remaining ingredients except the pasta. Cook on high until it boils. Turn down heat and
simmer for 10 minutes until some of the juices reduce and it thickens a bit.
Mix in cooked elbow macaroni and continue to simmer until pasta is tender.
